By accessing or using the ServeGo platform, website, or mobile interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our platform.

ServeGo operates solely as a digital marketplace connecting customers with independent service professionals (workers). ServeGo is NOT an employer of these service professionals, does NOT act as an agency, and is NOT a contractor. We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, reliability, or legality of the services provided by third-party professionals. Any contract for service delivery is directly between the customer and the worker. ServeGo explicitly disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, disputes, or quality issues arising from services rendered.

As a customer of ServeGo, you agree to: (a) Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and booking; (b) Pay the non-refundable Service Assurance Fee via Razorpay to secure booking slots; (c) Direct all labor fee negotiations and payments honestly with the assigned professional post-job completion; (d) Maintain a safe, harassment-free, and respectful environment for the service provider at your premises; and (e) Report any fraud, security breaches, or damage claims immediately within 24 hours of job completion.

ServeGo requires a Service Assurance Fee to keep the platform running and cover safety verifications. The Service Assurance Fee is collected at booking confirmation via Razorpay. The final service labor charge is settled directly with the worker in cash or direct transfer. You must not attempt to bypass the platform fee structure or request workers to work off-platform to avoid fees, which may lead to account suspension.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, actions, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the platform or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bihar, India.
